Hello everyone! The Sunflowers have started to bloom so we have decided to open on Sunday! Lodge Farm, Kineton, CV35 0JH🌻
We will be open for about 4-6 weeks, everyday from about 9-5! And we are dog friendly just on a lead! 🌻🌻
I thought I would share some more information with you all!
First of all, I’ve had a few queries on whether we have a booking system due to corona virus. We don’t have a booking system, it is still just a turn up system as we have 3 acres of sunflowers so there is plenty of room for social distancing!
Secondly, for people who haven’t been before, these are fields and we don’t spray the sunflowers with anything so other nature can flourish, so therefore we recommend wearing appropriate footwear and clothing
If you are looking to take photographs, please donate generously as this is a charity event, and please let us know that you are there! Also, be aware that at the start the field is not in full bloom yet (there will still be plenty to pick but your pictures may be best in a week or two)
Due to corona virus, if you can bring your own secateurs/strong scissors and gloves then please do 😄 we do have hand sanitiser and disposable gloves if needed!
Lastly, I will be there everyday from about 9-5/6 and we will have the trailer like last year with refreshments available! This year we do have a card machine if needed. We still take cash and the sunflowers are still 50p per stem and we are supporting Shipston Home Nursing with the sunflowers 🌻
