SHN Appoint New Head of Nursing

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Anna Briggs as our new Head of Nursing, following the departure of Gemma Roberts in December.Anna has been a valued member of the Shipston Home Nursing team since 2022. During this time, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate, patient-centred care, alongside the drive and vision to further advance our services.

Commenting on her appointment, Anna says: ‘I feel incredibly proud to be stepping into this role. Having worked within the team for the past three years, I’ve seen first-hand the compassion, dedication and kindness that defines our care. End-of-life care is something I am deeply passionate about, and it’s a privilege to lead such an exceptional team.’

Anna’s appointment provides strong clinical leadership for the nursing team and reassurance for patients, families, staff and partners as Shipston Home Nursing continues to meet growing demand for hospice-at-home care.’
