This month we switch to walking in the morning and we hope you will join Elizabeth Searle and her fellow walkers, meeting at the Halford Bridge Inn car park at 11am on Thursday, 13^th October. 

This is a circular and fairly flat walk through attractive park land and at just under 3 miles should take about 1 ½ hours.   There are sheep in one of the fields and look out for electric fencing but there are no stiles and the route is easy walking.

Those who wish to can stay for lunch after the walk at the 16^th century Halford Bridge Coaching Inn, named after the nearby Roman Bridge on the Fosse Way.
