The next SHN walk will be Thursday 2nd March at 11am.

With other routes having proved non-starters (too long, too muddy, or not dog friendly!), Elizabeth has opted to do the walk from Halford which we did in the autumn. Please meet her and her fellow walkers in the car park on the Fosse Way in Halford, immediately opposite the Halford Bridge Inn, on or before 11am.

This is a gentle, mostly flat walk of just over 2 ½ miles through lovely park land and takes about 1 ½ hours.  

Lunch and light bites are available at the Halford Bridge Inn or just stay and have a drink afterwards (all optional).  If you do wish to have lunch there it’s probably advisable to give them a call and let them know – the number is 01789 748217.

The weather is forecast to be cold but dry and sunny on Thursday  –  perfect for walking. We hope to see you then!
