The next fundraising walk in aid of Shipston Home Nursing takes place on Tuesday 1st February, when I’ll be leading a route from The Bell in Alderminster. 

Dear Walkers

This is fairly flat terrain covering about 3.5 miles and taking approximately one and three quarter hours.  The walk takes us either side of the River Stour past the the beautiful St Mary’s Church on the south side of the river and then on returning to Alderminster past the equally beautiful Church of St Mary & the Holy Cross.  

NB: Dogs allowed but on a lead please.

Some short section of the paths may be quite muddy and sections of the route are along a quiet lane.

Please meet in the car park of The Bell CV37 8NY to leave at 11.00am prompt. 

As usual, please could you kindly let me know by Sunday evening, 30^th January:

(a)   If you intend to come on the walk: and

(b)   If you expect to stay for lunch so that I can give numbers to the pub.
