Shipston Home Nursing provides clinical, practical and emotional support for those living with a terminal illness who wish to die at home. We support patients living in or registered with a GP in Shipston, Wellesbourne, Kineton, Bidford and surrounding villages

Refer a patient
To refer a patient to Shipston Home Nursing for hospice at home care or bereavement counselling, you can:

  • Refer via EMIS
  • Call our nursing team on 01608 664850 (Office Hours) or on 07920 480392 (Duty Nurse Coordinator)
  • Email us via [email protected]


We welcome referrals from anyone involved in a patient’s care, including patients and families themselves, GPs, district nurses and care home staff.

Counselling services are available to adults across our patch who have experienced loss, regardless of whether they have previously received support from Shipston Home Nursing.
